Ginger Juice
Ginger Juice is made from fresh raw ginger rhizomes.
The fresh ginger is inspected and washed, then naturally pressed
and pasteurized. It is single strength and intensely flavored.
Suggested
Usages:
Use
to enhance fish, soups, marinades, simmering sauces, carbonated
beverages, fruit and vegetable juices, stir-frys and vinaigrettes.

Ginger
Young fiberless ginger is steeped in cane sugar
syrup and then crystallised to produce free flowing
pieces of golden ginger.

Suggested
Usages:
Larger
diced chunks and slices are typically used for
snacking and repacking. Medium dice is best for
trail mixes and spice bottles. Small dice and
mini-chips are popular baking cuts. They can be
used instead of, or in addition to, chocolate
chips or nuts in any recipe. Try in biscuits,
muffins, cakes and scones, and use to perk-up
the fruit flavors in your pie and crisps.

Sweet candied ginger that is smooth on the tongue
and sticky to the touch.

Suggested
Usages:
Select
slices and dice chunks are for chocolate enrobing.
Smaller dices and candied ginger pulp can be used
in all baking and savory applications. Candied
ginger does not loose its piece identity when
cooked. Try in carrot cakes, biscuits, pies, chutneys,
jams, ice creams, dressings and marinades.
